Hey there, friend! I’m Molly, and I’m so pumped you’re here. This space is where I share all the ways I’m learning to flourish—mind, body, and spirit—and I’d love for you to join me on this crazy, beautiful ride. Whether you’re navigating your own health transformation, looking for a little faith inspiration, or just need someone to remind you that you’re doing great (spoiler: you are!), you’re in the right place.
After my bariatric surgery and GLP-1 journey, I’ve lost 184lbs (can we get a “woohoo!”?), but the real magic has been in the mindset shift and the faith that’s carried me through. And trust me, it hasn’t been a straight line—there have been plenty of laugh-out-loud moments, tears, and more than a few “wait, what just happened?” moments. But hey, who said flourishing couldn’t be messy?
When I’m not generating content, you’ll find me deep in the world of faith, mental health, fostering kids, and probably singing Disney songs at the top of my lungs (don’t judge, you know you do it too). As I work toward becoming a licensed mental health therapist, I’m all about sharing tips on productivity, ADHD hacks, and encouragement to help you not only survive but thrive. Whether it’s a motivational pep talk or a quick tip to make life a little easier, I’m here for it!
